Here are some tips on surviving the back to school time:
1. Think about how to improve this fall- plan ahead, extra- curricular activites, home work schedule, chores around the house, etc.
2. Start your back-to-school shopping early- shop early to avoid disapointment.
3. Start adjusting the kids bedtime 1-2 weeks before school starts.
4. keep the 2 first weeks evenings open for school notes, etc.
5. Plan to make simple meals- with our busy lives it is impossible to cook evert night.
